Venturi Vacuum Generator
Calculate suction force, vacuum level and compressed air consumption of venturi vacuum generators for pick-and-place applications.
Units:
Venturi efficiency is low (5-25%). For continuous suction, consider vacuum pump. For short cycles (<2s), venturi is preferred. Silicone suction cups: 0.4-0.6 bar vacuum. For porous materials use foam cups.
